Our Policies
- Walk ins are welcome, but booked appointments are guaranteed. If you do decide to walk in please be patient, as you may have to wait or come back at a later time to be serviced.
- Late arrivals are permitted up to 10 minutes past your appointment time. At that point your appointment will be “no-showed” and we will reschedule for another time. We will try our best to get you in as soon as we have availability.
*Please understand that if we take your appointment after 10 minutes, this pushes our schedule back and makes us late for every customer after you. But in most cases, when we are not busy, we can definitely service you.
